Oil Massage available in private room with Ex Athlete. You can combine a light PT session followed by a massage (half and half) or just the massage, of course ! As a serious sportsman, I've had a million and one massages myself, so lots of experience here. My style is to combine an element of Sports and Swedish. Sports can sometimes leave you feeling a bit beaten up, Swedish sometimes like not much happened. Different body parts often require different styles. The lactic acid that has crystallised in your back requires a different approach to the tired feeling in your legs for example.

If you want to receive a full body massage, then yes normally you'd be naked, but covered by towels. As an athlete, the glutes are a powerful muscle driving you forward at speed. If you want them worked on then it's more difficult with clothing on. Also, and I speak as a former stripper here, oil rots elastic. Alas, I've seen it attack and kill 3 inch waistbands on expensive Otomix baggies. Underwear elastic doesn't stand a chance!! Of course, if you are shy or nervous we can work around it as it suits you.

I normally use warm Grapeseed oil, towelled off before completion. I'm based in Hemel Hempstead and charge £40 for 30 min or £60 for an hour. I do ask that you respect my time. For the first session, I normally take £10 on a card to book the session and the balance is due when you arrive. Alas, there are a lot of fakers out there and this deters them. If you turn up once and don't mess about I dispense with the £10 formality next time.
